Why are the Sampler Pack 1 only 4 Packs per customer?

We’re a very small game company, and we can only do so much. The limit is to not only mitigate overworking staff, but it assists with access to our game without hassle from “scalpers”/resellers.
I was contacted about my order being “over the limit” for product quantity, what’s that about?

If you were contacted about your order being over the limit for product quantity, it was likely that you had selected multiples of each pack from the selection of the Sampler Pack 1. This product is in limited supply, with a limit of 1 of each variant to a player, for a total of 4 packs in a player's order.
What does “First come, First served” mean?

First come, first served means those who purchase the product first get the product, until there is no product left. This goes for both the Sampler packs themselves, and the Promo card.
